We are committed to maintaining a safe, authentic, and legal marketplace for genuine artisans. If you encounter an infringing, fraudulent, or prohibited item, here is how you can report it:
1. Direct Report Button on Product Pages
Every single product listing includes a dedicated “Report Listing” flag link located beneath the item description. Clicking it allows you to submit a quick report directly attached to the specific product ID.
2. Email Our Grievance & Compliance Team
For intellectual property claims, trademark infringements, or urgent safety concerns, please email us directly with:
- The URL of the listing or vendor shop
- A description of the alleged violation or infringement
- Proof of trademark, copyright ownership, or evidence
